• Our shipping carriers include Fedex and USPS. All orders with its payment cleared will be
  shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse located in California.

• You have to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us, and have the RMA number written on the return package.
• All returns must be packed securely for shipping and ship via traceable means (Please provide us the tracking number or tracing code via eBay Message. We will not cover any lost or damage during shipping back)
• Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us.
